A couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine referred me to Savannah. She told me that Savannah would be graduating from Northern Arizona University and that she needed some Flagstaff senior portraits taken for graduation. I had never met Savannah before and since we mostly communicated via email prior to the shoot, I was a little nervous not knowing who to look for when we met up. I added her as a friend on Facebook just so that I could keep an eye out for someone similar. Savannah turned out to be completely gorgeous and it added to my elation that as I talked to her more and more, I began to discover that she was also a totally cool person. Beautiful and sweet? How was that possible?

We met at Macy’s European Coffeehouse in downtown Flagstaff and decided to walk around in that general area for the location of her shoot. At the end of the shoot, before the last ray sun dropped, we headed to Heritage Square to capture a few photos there as well. Overall, I had so much fun with Savannah and below is my favorite image from her Flagstaff senior portrait session. I love how powerful and content she looks.

Congrats to you, Savannah!
